Bra fitting is an art, not a science
Bra fitting takes many years to perfect. We've been fitting bras for over 40 years. So we understand the particulars of doing it well. Women's bodies are all different, that's why a cookie-cutter measuring system isn't going to deliver the best results for you. If you need a starting point, it does help to measure your band size- we'll show you the basics below.
Here at The Bra Lady were passionate about providing the perfect fit. Getting the proper fitting bra improves your posture and figure. It will also give you comfort.
With over 40 years of experience in bra fitting, we feel the most certain we will find the proper fit for you.
Here are some tips:
The underband of the bra should be firm enough around you body to grip to you rib cage and not slip or move.
The front and back of the bra should sit at the same level around your body, and the back should not be pulled up higher by shortening the straps.
The wires should be touching the rib cage at the center front around the bust and at the underarm, the wire should not lean onto breast tissue. A firm enough underband should hold in place on the ribs.
Your breast should not be bulging over the cups and the cups should not have any loose fabric either.

our straps are pulled this tight, its usually to overcompensate for the fact that the underband of your bra is not offering enough support from around the frame of your body. Pulling the straps up isnt going to get you that extra bit of lift, going down in the band size will.

Simply follow these steps to ensure your bra is a perfect fit.
Firstly, lean forward and allow your breasts to fall into your bra, so they sit in place naturally and comfortably.
Then fasten the bra on the loosest hook and stand up.
Lastly, pull each breast gently into place in the bra (remember that breast tissue goes all the way to the underarm) to ensure they are comfortably positioned and not caught in the underwire or spilling out of the sides and use your index finger to smooth across the top cup edge to ensure there is no overspill.And there you have it; it really is as simple as that. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Thats why we offer a 30-day* 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow us 15-20 business days to receive and process your return.
How to Return Goods
Please follow the easy instructions on the return form included with your order. Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date (15 days if a Bridal item -- please see below) along with the enclosed return form. Address your package to:

Important Notes about Returning Undergarments
•Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
•Were sure you expect the merchandise you buy from The Bra Lady to be in brand-new original condition. Thats why we request that, if youre unsure about your purchase, you try your new panties on only over you own clean underwear. All returned panties and other items with a crotch are closely examined and tested: we never put previously worn underwear back into our inventory. If we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we cannot accept it as a return.
•If you are returning swimwear, the protective liner in the crotch must be in place. We cannot accept swimwear returns without it.
•We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to insure a full credit.
•We are committed to selling only brand-new, original items. So, for the peace of mind and health of customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Our Simple Exchange Policy
Exchange by phone Call our Customer Service Department at 855-4BraLady, (855-427-2523). Well send in-stock items right away and credit your return once it is received and processed (please allow 3-4 weeks).
Exchange by U.P.S. - Simply list the new items you'd like in exchange on the return form and include the form in your return package.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our Customer Service Department 855-4BraLady, (855-427-2523) and request a pre-paid label. Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing.
Special Notes
•Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy for Bridal Items
Bridal items must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date. We have found that brides are often not certain about their size and will order several sizes of the same garment. This puts great demands on styles for which there may be limited stock. It is for this reason that we enforce our re-stocking fee rigorously for late returns on Bridal items. Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater), if accepted.
